As the largest Christian MBA gathering in the country, the 2025 Believers in Business Conference is a key intersection of the Christian MBA and Christian professional communities. It highlights not only how believing professionals are living out their faith day-to-day, but also the panoply of ways God is working through business to impact the world. We’re excited to see how God uses this year’s conference to call a new generation of Christian business leaders to arise.

BiB 2025 Report

At the 20th edition of BiB, 297 MBA students, professionals, volunteers, and others gathered to worship and delve into the theme "Arise," calling participants to see how their careers and vocational calling could be used in redemptive ways to glorify God. The event drew participants from 25 MBA programs across 34 schools, including Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ghana attendees.

BiB thrives on collaboration with partners, and this year saw remarkable support, including a record-breaking amount of scholarship funding. Generous donors and sponsors enabled us to meet unprecedented scholarship needs. The conference featured 54 speakers, panelists, and mentors from diverse fields who shared their insights and wisdom.

A highlight of BiB 25 was the career workshop led by Dr. Chip Roper, who led focused time on emphasizing integrating faith into various industries, fostering discussions on faith-driven leadership, strategic problem-solving, and innovative solutions rooted in Christian values. Students were provided a career resource booklet and resource page bult on the MBA Ministry website to help discern what God could have for them!We celebrate the seeds planted and God's work among us. We are so grateful for the incredible support and partnerships that aid to make this conference happen. We especially want to thank this year's Student Leadership Team for their outstanding efforts in organizing BiB 25.
